Garlic as Strengthening Nail Treatment!

Garlic in your clear nail polish base strengthens and hardens your nails.

Here's a how-to:
1. Find a garlic clove from your kitchen and peel it.
2. Chop the clove into thinner pieces so that it fits the base container.
3. Put in and let sit for at least 3 days.
4. Coat your nails with your now strengthening solution.
5. Make sure you change every 5 days or so.

You'll start to notice how your nails go from really thin and weak to strong and beautiful.

Honey and Oats Face Mask!

Honey is so yummy, but in the beauty world it is very useful for several reasons. Honey helps open and clean pores while moisturizing and rejuvenating your skin.

Oatmeal has anti-inflammatory properties and is perfect for most skin types, even the most sensitive skin. It contains a cleansing agent and is moisturizing. (that means goodbye dead skin cells!)

With that being said, let's start our little face mask!

You will need:
♡ Oats or uncooked oatmeal (same thing)
♡ Honey (as unprocessed as you can find)
♡ A small bowl
♡ A spoon
♡ A tiny bit of water

Preparation and application:

1. Take your small bowl and pour about one third a cup of oats in it.
2. Take your honey and put about 2-3 spoonfuls in the bowl.
3. Add a bit of water. (enough to loosen up the stickiness a bit)
4. Stir well with your spoon.
5. Apply all over your face.

Wait about 10-15 minutes before washing off in the kitchen sink most preferably.

Pat dry.

That's it!
You'll notice how your skin has started to change immediately. It feels softer than before, right?

5 Quick Beauty Tips!

1. Exfoliate your skin twice a week to get rid of those dead cells and makeup residues, which in result will make your face look much healthier and glowy. You can always use sugar as a natural exfoliant, (mix sugar, lemon and honey for a deeper exfoliation). For exfoliating lips, you can just use sugar!

2. Wipe off your cell phone every day, you'd be surprised if you knew how much bacteria is transferred to your face through your phone.

3. Change your pillow cases every two days and make sure to wash your hair often enough so all the dirt and grease doesn't come in contact with your face. Also, always wash your hands and try not to touch your face so much.

4. Always use a moisturizer! Moisturizers are pretty much your face's other best friend besides water.

5. Have about 3 washcloths just to pat dry your face, use a clean one every time you wash your face and then wash them, it definitely will make your skin more hygienic. Pro tip: Never rub dry your face.

See you next time!
